Along the way, I'll provide you with some recipes to fuel your body and support your efforts in and out the gym. Remember your workouts won't matter if you make bad choices at meal time. Weekly calls, 3 workout plans week, including cardio days so you will have a 7 day plan. Nutrition guidance with healthy recipes to help you make better choices without cuting flavor. If you are busy on the day of a planned workout I have a downloan feature so you can and complete your workout later in the week. Keep an eye on your water intake and calories with my macro counter. Just log your food when you eat. I also have a upc scanner to help you log your food. Inperson training session's can be booked for an extra fee.
