Weclome to your one-month transformation journey! Over the next four week, we'll embark on a fitness and nutrition program designed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. With three workouts a week and tailored nutrition guidance, we'll work together to build strength, increase energy, and make healthier food choices. Along the way, I'll provide you with some recipes to fuel your body and support your efforts in and out the gym. Remember your workouts won't matter if you make bad choices at meal time. Let's commit to this journey and unlock your full potential!

Plan Includes

  • Weekly calls, 3 workout plans week, including cardio days so you will have a 7 day plan. Nutrition guidance with healthy recipes to help you make better choices without cuting flavor. If you are busy on the day of a planned workout I have a downloan feature so you can and complete your workout later in the week. Keep an eye on your water intake and calories with my macro counter. Just log your food when you eat. I also have a upc scanner to help you log your food. Inperson training session's can be booked for an extra fee.

How it works

  • Please complete the onboarding questions and give me 24-48 hours to prepare your workout and nutrition. A scheduled phone call can be requested in our chat box in app for a walk through on how to use the app if you need it.
  • You must log your workouts and nutrition in app. Logging your workouts helps me track your progress accurately, allowing me to adjust your program as needed to ensure you're making consistent improvements. It provides valuable insights into your performance, enabling me to identify areas for improvement and taylor your workouts accordingly. Additionally, it fosters accountability. I will review your logs and motivate you to stay consitent and committed to your fitness goals. It will show in your checkins if you are cheating on your nutrition and workouts so be truthful to thyself! Being truthful to you and me, helps with personal growth and fulfillment. It will help acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses. Together we will soon make the weak points strong ones!
