The water intake with this plan is regular recommended value for adult women and it is just a suggested guidline. Adult men should range around 3.7 liters or 125 fl. oz. 10,000 steps burns around 300 cals. Plan Includes

  • With this plan you will receive 2 workout plans a week for one month to help you get started on your journey to fitness. No nutrition or video calling will be included. This plan is online only if you can book inperson training for an extra fee.

How it works

  • Starting with 2 days a week for a month is manageable and helps build consistency. It allows you to build a habit without getting burnt out. This provides a foundation to gradually increase frequency or intensity as fitness levels improve and adapt.
  • Busy the day of a scheduled workout, no worries download and complete later. Just remember to log and complete.
  • You must log your workouts in app. Logging your workouts helps me track your progress accurately, allowing me to adjust your program as needed to ensure you're making consistent improvements. It provides valuable insights into your performance, enabling me to identify areas for improvement and taylor your workouts accordingly. Additionally, it fosters accountability. I will review your logs and motivate you to stay consitent and committed to your fitness goals. It will show in your checkins if you are cheating on your nutrition and workouts so be truthful to thyself! Being truthful helps with personal growth and fulfillment. It will help acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses. Together we will soon make the weak points strong ones!
