  • Connect with me in case of any queries via in-app chat or 1-1 video calls
  • You must log your workouts and nutrition in app. Logging your workouts helps me track your progress accurately, allowing me to adjust your program as needed to ensure you're making consistent improvements. It provides valuable insights into your performance, enabling me to identify areas for improvement and taylor your workouts accordingly. Additionally, it fosters accountability. I will review your logs and motivate you to stay consitent and committed to your fitness goals. It will show in your checkins if you are cheating on your nutrition and workouts so be truthful to thyself! Being truthful to you and me helps with personal growth and fulfillment. It will help acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses. Together we will soon make the weak points strong ones!
